The 2026 NBA Draft order is set afterSunday's lottery, which is likely to be the last of its kind before the league adopts a new system for next season. Though, if the goal is to stop tanking, the results of this year's lottery might've accomplished that all on its own.
While theWashington Wizardsmade good on their top odds, landing the No. 1 overall pick for the first time since 2010, theIndiana PacersandBrooklyn Netsboth fell out of the top three. In fact, the Pacers lost their pick altogether, as it conveyed to theLA Clippersat No. 5 due to the Ivica Zubac trade.
Regardless, the sheer volume of potential stars at the top of this year's draft made the attempts worth the effort, with Cameron Boozer, AJ Dybantsa, Darryn Peterson and Caleb Wilson all available in the top four. Here's how the draft could go down now that the order of the lottery is decided.
1. Washington Wizards: F AJ Dybantsa, BYU
A scoring forward built to contribute right away. Dybantsa has the ceiling of any player in this draft while also sitting on the highest floor of the top prospects. The Wizards will be happy to add this kind of talent to their frontcourt.
2.Utah Jazz: F Cameron Boozer, Duke
Boozer is more than a bruiser, and the Jazz have an obvious connection to the ACC Player of the Year whose dad was an all-star in Utah.
3.Memphis Grizzlies: G Darryn Peterson, Kansas
Peterson may very well turn out to be the best player in this draft. Health concerns aside, he can flat-out score the ball. The perfect replacement for Ja Morant if the Grizzlies move on.
4.Chicago Bulls: PF Caleb Wilson, North Carolina
Wilson is a freak athlete and monster finisher, and he also protects the rim on the other end. The exact type of front-court presence the guard-heavy Bulls need.

5. LA Clippers: F Keaton Wagler, Illinois
Wagler can straight up shoot the rock, knocking down almost 40 percent of his threes during the Illini's Final Four run. The Clippers could use a volume shooter like this after finishing with one of the NBA's fewest 3-point attempts.
6. Brooklyn Nets: F Yaxel Lendeborg, Michigan
Lendeborg's value was evident in Michigan's title run, where he looked like a player ready to contribute right away in the NBA. His consistency and physicality would steady the young Nets.
7. Sacramento Kings: G Darius Acuff Jr., Arkansas
This is the type of exciting, potential star the Kings need. What Acuff lacks on defense, he more than makes up for as a scorer and playmaker.
8. Atlanta Hawks: G Brayden Burries, Arizona
Burries doesn't have a lot of weaknesses as a young, freshman guard. He should slot right into a Hawks team ready to take the next step next year as a potential lead ball-handler.
9.Dallas Mavericks: G Kingston Flemings, Houston
A guard who can both score the ball, turn the other team over and initiate the type of transition opportunities defenses fear. Flemings with Cooper Flagg could be a great duo for years to come.
10. Milwaukee Bucks: F Nate Ament, Tennessee
If the Bucks are hoping to bank on upside in a year they potentially lose Giannis Antetokounmpo, the 6-foot-10 Ament has plenty room to grow. His ceiling is that of a potential No. 1 pick in next year's draft if he were to return to college.
